I tried to place an order last night, and then again this morning,
and the site locks up when I try to execute the order,
is anyone having similar problems? Could this be related to their new web design page?

it's been a couple of weeks since my order was placed and it hasn't shipped either. one of the titles i ordered now shows "out of stock" but was showing in stock when i placed the order.

i just hope i don't have to deal with the issue i had last time. two of the titles i ordered ended up out of stock (though they showed in stock when i ordered) and dvdplanet contacted me after over a month to let me know they were out of stock, but expected them in stock soon. after a couple of months and still no stock, i had them cancel those items. i had purchased them with store credit and it took about six e-mails following the cancellation to get the store credit restored to my account. ugh.
