Let us know if this works with the coupon. Didn't work for me today. Not sure if it counts all the discs over 3 or what. I've used this kinda coupon many times on sale items.

I just used it on 24 Season 1 Special Edition, which has more than 3 discs. It may be you just had bad luck with the cashier. Go again and try with another person or at another Best Buy.

Awesome! I used a previous one on some $4.99 dvds a couple weeks ago and that sweetened the deal.

Not to hijack this thread but anyone have an idea when Best Buy will next be sending out those 10 percent/12 percent off cupons?

I left the store w/o using the coupon but buying the set anyway. Today, I called customer service and asked them if I should've received the discount. Since I paid cash all they could do was give me a gift card so I got a $15 card out of it. 10% off would've been $13. Fine with me.

I just got an email from Best Buy this morning that has a button for printing a new 12% off coupon. Only problem is, they forgot to make the "Print Store Coupons" button a link. It doesn't work!

Here's a link to the page with the same info (though the button doesn't work there, either):

All the coupons say Markdowns taken from regular prices, which means they're not supposed to work for items on sale. Sometimes they do anyway, but you might have to ask a manager to do a manual override at the register (which not all are willing to do).

I've never had that be a problem because the 'sale' prices are inputted as regular prices each week. The customer service rep even told me if it happened again to have a supervisor override it.

Almost everything I've bought recently at BB, I've used one of these coupons and the item was on sale. It's all listed on my Reward Zone page as proof.

No proof necessary...as I said, sometimes they work on sale items, and sometimes they don't.

But it's strange that they would put that disclaimer on all their coupons and then program the prices in the system in a way that contradicts it.

Wait, what am I saying? We're talking about Best Buy here!!!

I was able to get the Seinfeld fridge with the 10% coupon. As mentioned by others, the coupon wouldn't take. The young lady called over a more experienced cashier and he rung it up without issue. So this is a YMMV type of thing
