DD: Glamour Collections 45% off

Those Carole Lombard, Marlena Deitrich, Mae West sets are 45% off, not sure if it's an advertised sale or not but that's a great price and it's sure to go back up before the sale.

I don't know what the "45% off" discount is but I see the three sets at $16.37 each which doesn't seem particularly cheap.

They're usually ~$21 on DD

They are over $20 everywhere else. This is a decent price, since each set has at least 5 movies.

Some online dealers arent sending the dvd with the cool slipcovers that these sets have. The slipcovers are mandatory for this set. Id only buy in a store.

If you have a Costco near, they can be had even cheaper than the DD sale price.

I don't think Costco has the Carole Lombard set. At least I did not see it at the Costco near me.

Mine has the Carole Lombard set, but doesn't have the Mae West set anymore, so I guess YMMV on the sets.

They do show up at $10 or so occasionally....that's the price I paid online. Only one (Lombard) came w/o the slipcover.

I bought all three at Costco for $11.99 each. I remember griping when Amazon later had them on sale for $10.

As of yesterday the three near me still had Carole Lombard, Marlene Dietrich, and Mae West (in the same box as the Marlon Brando and Gary Cooper Collections).
