This wasn't a good movie. It was decent. But enjoy!

...I don't get it....Because it's a French movie? I didn't like the twist and the ending was let-down.

No, I believe the previous poster was objecting because your comment was not a "bargain." Some would consider it to be a threadcrap.

That said, I was planning on posting much the same thing as you. Despite the savings (thanks OP!), I'd recommend a rental first.

I'd heard such glowing praise for this flick, but I avoided spoilers completely. I had no idea what to expect when I sat down to watch it tonight. I'm glad I rented it from NetFlix. Although short (77 minutes), the beginning drags and you barely get to know the characters before they are plunged into the "horror." I, personally, thought the twist was creepy, but the film as a whole is forgettable.

Spoiler:
There are no giant ants in this one.

I saw this on Best Buy's website the other day and was happy it rung up at this price.

Agreed with the negative comments, I didn't have an issue with the beginning being slow but the movie did get boring as it progressed.

If you were a big fan of Vacancy, you may get some enjoyment out of it, but definitely a rental first.

Vacancy was fantastic. That's why I wanted to watch this but got sooo let down by the huge praises for this movie. Also, this film is similar to an upcoming movie call "The Strangers," which is also why I wanted to watch Them.

Actually after hearing about it, The Strangers sounds a good deal different.

But the person who did the US trailer for Them must have also thought they look similar:

Them (US trailer):
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/yFTbcDRkG1o&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/yFTbcDRkG1o&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

The Strangers (Trailer):
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/nCU0k_jbCUo&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/nCU0k_jbCUo&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

I think home invasion with people "toying" with others is where the similarities end.
