Yes, it's in the weekly ad that Speedy posted weeks ago. I'm always surprised when people don't see it and repost deals.

I've noticed that the sale tags were located on the endcap for the special Blu-Ray display near electronics rather then in the DVD/Movies section, so that may be why.

I saw this Sunday at Target and would've gotten Live Free or Die Hard and Ratatouille but Fox, in their infinite stupidity, put ONLY the bowdlerized PG-13 theatrical cut of LFoDH on the BD.

I didn't realize that. I got Ratatouille and wanted LFoDH but they were out of it. I got Spider-man 3 instead. I'm not so sure I'd have noticed it was the theatrical cut so I dodged a bullet. Thanks for the info. I won't try another Target to get it.

From what I've heard, the unrated cut isn't that good. Apparently they changed the "I was out of bullets" line to something cornier, and all the "hardcore curses" are done without seeing the actor's mouths.

Umm, what? Did you even watch the unrated cut?

I saw it opening day in theaters and on BD back in November. The only difference between the two is more swear words, but umm you definitely SEE the actors swear. It's the original R-rated cut essentially before it was slightly trimmed to get a PG-13.

If you need to hear a couple of more "fucks", then the 2-disc unrated SD is the way to go.. although I recommend the BD.

No, I haven't, which is probably why I said "From what I've heard."

Yeah I guess so. Either way, you recommend the BD, I have the BD, so its not a big deal.
