twice now fye has not paid me on rebate filings, I certainly would not go to fye just based on the notion that you will get a rebate.......

I've always gotten my rebates and I've done over 50 of them. There were a couple of times that they declared the rebate as invalid. I sent them an email stating that it should be valid and they did put it through(because I'm a valued customer).

Did you call and get it fixed? Did you save copies of what you mailed?

They will honor every rebate, we just have to make an effort sometimes.

Yeah but you got to wonder if your are going to get that rebate or those free hd-dvd's now that the format is dead...

I bought a Nintendo DS there over the weekend. Apparently there is a $30 rebate on it. The cashier told me about it but said they cheat people out of them all the time so don't expect to get it. Gotta love her honesty.

FYE has paid all 50-something of my rebates.
