I snagged Blade Runner, The Fountain (combo) and Pan's Labyrinth, for $52. These were three titles I was going to get, regardless of HD-DVD flopping or not, the sale just got me off the fence. If a true fire sale hits (likely), Amazon will make good on reduced prices, so I'm not getting all worked up about it.

I bought two A3s over Xmas and got two different price adjustments on both as the price on them fell and fell again, w/o any problems whatsoever.

I would've liked both formats to succeed, but no matter. I now have two quality upconverting DVD players; And lot of great hi-def movies, at price points just as good as the early, online coupon, and rebate-heavy days of early DVD (I think I'm at about $6.50 a disc for 30 discs).

Any good deals on the players yet? I didn't pick one up at christmas time because I bought the Xbox360 add-on, but would like to now. Not just incase my 360 dies, but for upconverting.
