More accurately, it's the Curb Your Enthusiasm 50% Off Sale At DD, while everything else is rather not so on sale.

I'm surprised that The Sopranos and The Wire are in the "sale." Usually when DD pulls an HBO sale, it's just crap like Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage and the Chris Rock Show.

Sopranos in the $55 range is about the lowest I've seen them (I was looking at S6.2), but I've gotten almost all my Sopranos on eBay for much much cheaper, new too. I just can't swing those prices. Recently I sold several items on eBay as well....just so I could buy more DVDs with no out-of-pocket money!

The Wire Seasons 1-3 were about $30 per season in the recent B&N B2G1F sale, with discounts taken into account. I passed on that, but $42 per season is hardly a good sale. Not impressed DD.
