OK, thanks. I thought there was a specific function for price adjustments. Unfortunately, most of my B1G1F orders only had one item that went down in price, so it lessens my chances of getting an adjustment, plus the orders are mostly from December 11, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Just an FYI, their extended returns policy ended January 31, so it is possible their 30-day price adjustment policy was loose due to this. They could potentially start reinforcing the 30 day policy soon...

I had two orders which had one title drop $3, one order with one title dropping $9, and one order with two titles dropping $5 each. So I'm hoping I'll get $25 back...

Anyway, I was rejected already. Here is the email I got:

I'm sorry, but I can't accommodate your request to honor this lower
prices hence the orders were placed and shipped more than 30 days before.

As stated on our website, we can only honor price changes that occur
within 30 days from the time your order is shipped.

Send another email and don't mention anything about 30 days. Just say that you bought this title for such and such and that you noticed that they just lowered the price. Then tell them that since you bought the item so recently, you were hopng that they would refund the difference. You will most likely get the refund on your second attempt.

I didn't mention anything about 30 days... I just said I wanted a price adjustment since the price went down. I'll try again tonight, to guarantee I don't get the same person again...

Occasionally you'll run into a CSR that actually knows their shit. I predict that it won't happen twice in a row and that you'll get your refund.

I did it a couple of times and got all my refunds back. I even got refunds on hd's that I think I might have already got a refund on before.

Well, I submitted 4 separate refund requests, and all were rejected by the same CSR... Maybe they don't have many people working today...

I got a refund on a B1G1F order that I ordered over a month ago last night via email and also I got a refund on the 2nd movie in that order a couple weeks ago.

They not only didn't remove anything from the sale, they've ADDED 44 more titles, now 147 positions on 6 pages instead of 103 on 4 pages.
Interesting additions include Mission Impossible trilogy, Aeon Flux, Next, Payback DC, and many others!

It basically looks like almost every Paramount/Dreamworks HD DVD has been added.

Tempted to get Zodiac, but I think I'll wait for the import Blu-Ray.
