The 20% off isn't taking 20% off Cars and Ratatouille Blu-Ray for me. Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm saying it's only taking off what's remaining after your credit's applied. I have about $200 (after my $250 credit), and it's only taking off $40.

There's a problem with the coupon and "recent" titles. It's being worked on right now.

Is the problem with store credit not being used for this sale being worked on. I wasn't told when I sold them merchandise that I couldn't use the credit during sales.

uh - if store credit cant be used with this, thats lame. I was holding out on using it specifically for this sale.

That's the problem then, only about half my titles are being discounted. Not related to store credit.

I figured that would happen. I'm not too thrilled with the way the credit works. For example, you have to use it if you have it, you can't store it away.
