As well, the already discounted Paramount titles are going back up in price when put in your CART from ~$17 to $20.95 when in cart, not including coupon. When using SEARCH they are at the $17 price, but on the HD DVD page that lists all the titles they are back up to their normal price. I can live with that sale NOT being included since it was suppose to have ended a while ago.

However, the other titles NOT discounting is some sort of SCREWUP since they are NOT pre-orders.

Discount on recent titles should be fixed now.

i think the issue is the individual titles that the discount is not being applied to, not a store credit issue. i had three HD DVDs in my cart (two of them the recent Kubrick's) and have some store credit. when i applied the coupon, the price for one of the HD DVDs was adjusted in my cart, but not the other two.

the total difference in price was different than 20% of my remaining total after store credit, so it's not the store credit that's the issue, but the already known problem of certain titles not being discounted.

just tried again and everything looks good. discount was applied to all three titles prior to store credit being applied.

Genius! It's not something that I'm terribly upset about but at least now I know there's a way around it.

Weird.... the two used titles listed for $15.72. The new one was $20.26. Before any discounts, it should have been $51.70. I used a $5 store credit and 20% off, but regardless of the order I apply them I can't get $40.06...

$51.70 - $5.00 = $46.70 - 20% ($9.34) = $37.36
$51.70 - 20% ($10.34) = $41.36 - $5.00 = $36.36

I think I got shorted $3 or $4 of my $5 credit. Still, a good deal overall, but it was a bummer to burn 200 points for a buck or two. :(
