My last couple experiences with them were lousy, and it appears to me, they haven't improved!
My (smallish) Thursday night order is still sitting in the "Processing" state!
No sense in paying for expedited shipping.... it ain't like the old days!
DD seems to have tossed customer service when they merged the storefronts.

I placed a large order on Friday and it's been in the processing stage since then. I never received a confirmation e-mail either, though I got one for the two small orders I placed this morning. Is this something I should be concerned about? It's never taken this long before.

Anybody been keeping a running total of the which are the most popular titles/a tally of what people are getting? Always interesting to know and helps quite a bit when making up your own list.

How bad is the video quality? Is it so bad as to be distracting when you're trying to watch, or do you have to really look to notice? I'm not expecting a ton from 70 year old movies anyway, but if it's really bad I don't want to waste my money on this set.
