Costco had many copies of most recent WB 2-disc special editions; and some old ones.

I kept telling my wife about the chickens and she didn't believe me. Now a year after she tried it, that's the only chicken she'll eat! And to stay on topic with DVDs, the Costcos in Sacramento had Dog Day Afternoon, Unforgiven, etc.

Both this recipe and Costco use salt to achieve the tenderness and moistness.
Also true for the other 5 restaurants that had good chicken in the Bay Area. Costco was the cheapest.

Picked up Meet Me In St. Louis, Streetcar Named Desire and Network. Kind of regretting not picking up Bringing Up Baby as well; I loved that one as a kid.
