Trevor, you need to exchange your disc with Criterion. I suppose you can tell Amazon you have a defective disc, but you run the risk of getting another First Pressing back. Criterion will send you the second pressing if you mail your disc to the address listed above.

Criterion is awesome when it comes to customer service. They are great at replacing discs, as well as replacing missing inserts, and at no cost at all. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

If you buy a criterion used and it doesnt have the insert, you think they would send me one or maybe i could pay for one?

Just email them and let them know exactly what you need, give them your name and address, and they'll mail it right out to you for free.

Damn thats impressive, i will definantly try this, im about to get like 10 used and none have the orignal inserts. It would be amazing if they sent them.

Just for the record, I got my JIGOKU replacement disk from Criterion yesterday. Took about a week. Really nice customer service.
