Looking for FREAKS AND GEEKS

Hi. It is probably a long shot, but I am looking to buy the FREAKS AND GEEKS complete series yearbook version. Can anyone here help? Thanks.

It's long out-of-print. Your best bet would be EBAY, or maybe the trading forum here at DVDtalk.

Check your local trading store, like Ebgames and the likes. My BBF got hers there really cheap with the B2G1 deal. Its a long shoot, but you never know.

Best of Luck, but I suspect most who have this intend on keeping it. I love mine for sure, plus I got it signed by most of the cast at Tower Records when it came out, so it has memories tied in as well. Anyway, hope you get one.

I feel sorta dumb for only waiting like eight months to unloaded my second sealed copy, which I pretty much bought specifically for resale. I think I only made like $40 over what I paid for it. Ah well.

I want this version as well. I loved this show. I may just have to settle for the regular boxed set, but good luck in finding one!!!

With the success of Aptow's new movies it will become so much harder.

I guarantee you it will jump to $230 at least in the last 3 minutes. Look at the completed auctions....damn. I have one and actually have considered selling it. Some day, maybe. I think these were $100 when they first came out...am I right? I forgot.

$130 sounds right and you definitely had to order online. I remember because I was moving cross country at the time and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get one. It worked out though.

Are you sure it's the "Yearbook Edition" (which is 8-discs) or the regular release (6-discs)?

Unless I'm mistaken, this was never available in stores.

Your thinking of the standard 6 Disc boxset that is avalable just about anywhere. The yearbook was only available through the now defunct Freaks and Geeks website/forum. However a few did somehow make it out to a Suncoast or two back in the day.

$120 as mentioned in previous post.

The Ebay auction ended at $273.44. Used copy too.

Looks like this is going to stay out of my price range. Is $36 for a used regular edition in good condition a good deal?

There was a website where you could still buy the yearbook set. I got mine about a year and a half ago for $120. I can't find the site right now, but I'll try and look. Try posting this question on the imdb Freaks and Geeks board. I believe that's where I asked the same question and received the answer that included said site.
