WTK, did you list all the series available on Amazon, or just the ones that seem to have the lowest prices? Because I just checked the link and there are a ton of, for instance, Bleach titles. Just wondering if you left them out on purpose or if they're updating the sale.

Oh, ok. The Bleach ones are at a pretty good price, though a boxset is coming out soon. El Hazard OAV is also pretty good, pretty much half off of the already low price of 14.99 each.

Picked up the Ranma 1/2 seasons 1 and 2 (finally upgrading my vhs copies... I bought season one twice on vhs, the dub and the clamshelled sub, but never got around to spending the outrageous prices Viz wanted for the initial releases), Ranma 1/2 movie set (replacing my JEWEL-CASED copies), Naruto Uncut 3, Ergo Proxy 5 and El Hazard OAV 1 and 2.

I just got back from my local FYE and I struck out. It would seem that the half price titles are from older series(Doki Doki, Daphne in the Brilliant Blue, Speed Grapher). The newer titles(Ergo Proxy, Rozen Maiden, Karin, Beck) that I'm interested in were scanning at regular price. I guess that I'll have to wait until the next BOGO promotion. Who knows, Rightstuf might have another abundance sale in the interim.

I scored Trinity Blood v2 LE at FYE and Read or Die OAV. I've had Trinity Blood v1 LE for a long time but never bothered picking up the rest of the series. With all the LE volumes so cheap right now, I can't help it. Grabbed LE v3,4,6 from RightStuf, and v5 LE for cheaper from an Amazon.com seller.

If you don't know what is on sale at FYE, just ask for the list. The clerk said they didn't have time to mark all the anime, but they had no problem handing me the price list of all the items. They said they are having this clearence because they are setting up a new, expanded anime section with more merchandise than just DVDs. If there is something you want but don't see out, just ask the clerk. They mentioned they had a stock pile of stuff in the back, hence the reason for expanding the section.

Now I just need RS to ship what I ordered and I'll have the complete set.

I'm really enjoying Black Lagoon so far through 2 volumes. It's action packed and very thrilling. And here are the DVDTalk reviews: Vol.1 & Vol.2 done by Todd D. FYI, Black Lagoon (1st Season) will have 3 volumes and Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage (2nd Season) will have 3 volumes as well. Both seasons will have Vol.1+Steelbook that will house each season.

It's a pretty good price. FYI, the OP and ED are edited so far for The Prince of Tennis boxsets. There are also reported alterations to title screens as well. The unedited OP & ED though can be found in the extras. If these issues don't offend you and you like the sports genre, this price may be hard to pass up.

For those looking into the Bleach Boxset 1 that is coming out on Oct. 30th, it's actually a limited edition release with a 15K print run. So far Viz Media has no plan to release a regular boxset.
