I went in and asked one of the guys in the HT Department if they still had the coupon. He looked around, found a HT Demo Disc, busted it open and gave me the coupon. I went over to the DVD department, grabbed a non-Bart head Simpsons Season 10, went up to the register, gave the girl the DVD and coupon, she scanned it, I gave her my money and walked out of the store having paid $19.99 + tax for it!
Of course, on the way out, I remembered that I forgot to bring a $5 RZ certificate with me. Doh!

I used the coupon today to get the third season of the Pretender for $4.99. The scan didn't register automatically, but the cashier manually took off the $10 without any prodding. I'm not sure if the coupon is now totally inactive or if it just doesn't work with the Pretender.

How many of the $14.99 dvds this week at Best Buy are Fox Titles that this coupon would work with???? If anyone has any idea, please e-mail me at [email protected]. I'm going this week sometime.

I used it for Pretender season 2. Tried to use two coupons for two seasons, but was allowed to use only one. When I tried a second BB, they pointed out the fine print about discounting only regular priced Fox TV. So shot down there.
Both of these stores accepted the coupon without problems previously, so perhaps they're getting tough.
Incidentally, Voyage To the Bottom of the Sea is also a Fox title.

I had pretty good success today. I was able to grab five of the Simpsons theme discs (Treehouse of Horror, Christmas, Christmas 2, Gone Wild, Kiss and Tell) for $0-3 each. I handed the girl five coupons along with those DVDs and a couple others I was buying and she took them, no questions asked. It was awesome seeing that total drop over $50 after she put them in.
I only wish I could have found more of the discs. The Futurama disc like them would be have excellent too.

No go on The Pretender for me. I didn't read close enough before as I thought it scanned automatically for it rather than was a manual override only.
Also tried, The Simple Life since it would have been free but was told that the item had to be $9.99 or above to use the coupon.

I have no idea if both stores were not doing something in order for it to not work on those as it worked fine for anything over that $9.99 for them so I had no clue what was happening either.

It worked for me tonight on the Simpsons single disc 9.99 sets. I think perhaps your cashiers were hitting "no" to apply the coupon.
Either that or corporate took Simple Life out of the fox store classification, which seems odd.

It worked for me on The Simpson $9.99 (and above) and 24 Preview discs also. Just not The Simple Life ones (nor The Pretender but I'm guessing that is an override issue for not being in the Fox section even though it is a Fox set).
They definitely weren't hitting the no button. Just wouldn't apply the coupon to anything under that $9.99 threshold (ie. The Simple Life's).
