It's has been $10.99 via kiosk since last year. This title is also listed on the Best Buy table as well!

Kiosk refers to one of the computers that they have littered throughout the store for customers to look at their web site and other services/products they want to sell you.

The kiosks are usually located near the DVD/Video Game section. There should be at least one kiosk around to be used. All you have to do is click on the BestBuy.com link on the lower left corner of the screen and you would just shop as you would at home. Any product that you order will be shipped directly to you.

Sorry if this is considered off topic, but I was just reading the DVDTalk review of 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' and was wondering if someone here could tell me how 'Child' friendly this series is? I watched some scenes on YouTube. The quality of the animation looks quite good. But a few scenes looked like they could be suggestive. But that may be out of context in a YouTube clip. Thanks for any help.

IMO, this show while great is not suitable for children. There are certain scenes in the series that are not suitable for children. With that said, the series is probably more suitable for ages 13+.

Confirmed that these promotions are working in stores and the kiosks, as well. I was able to find a Gundam Seed Destiny v.1 w/ artbox & cd marked $14.99 before discount. Thanks for the notice, WTK.

My days of fan service stuff has pretty much come to an end. I'll only buy an anime if there's some there, but doesn't drive the story. I find that kind of anime boring and repititive.

I went to pick up Pretear on Bestbuy.com and unfortunately no stores have them in stock, so after you add shipping and tax it's no longer a bargain.

Dai-Guard is still available from the Best Buy kiosk.

I finally got around to placing an order from the kiosk today. I picked up All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku TV 2, Aquarian Age, BANNER OF STARS 2, Dai Guard, and Gravion. I also found a copy of Brain Powered in stock (there is another one in stock at the Mira Mesa store if anyone else in the area is looking for it). It rang up at the $17.99 price with no problems (even though it was labeled as $39.99). I'll be placing a BB.com order later tonight for the other Gravion set and maybe something else(was still $19.99 at the kiosk).

The Godannar price has been fixed at Deepdiscount but is still mispriced at Planet (although they fixed the MSRP). If anyone wants a copy, you should order soon. I got my copy in the mail yesterday.

So, I hit up my local Suncoast yesterday just for the fun of it, and found they were still doing the buy 1 get 1 free on Geneon

I managed to pick up the samurai Champloo boxset. They didnt have 2 copies so I settled for getting the Daphne boxset as well to resell at FYE or something.

It's 10% off of the discounted price. So Karas would be $8.99($19.99-50%=$9.99-10%=$8.99). The GA discount won't show up when you first check out. However, it will be reflected in your confirmation email and when they do the nightly site update.

It's a pretty good deal unless you want to wait for the boxset for Noein. In addition to Noein, Manga Ent. is planning to release boxsets for Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. - 2nd GIG, Tactics, and Tokko sometime in 2008.

Some updates to the tables on page 1 may be in order.

Best Buy's Web site now lists Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: Chapter 5 at $27.99 instead of $14.99. I found Chapters 1-4 for $3.00 each at Big Lots, but haven't seen 5 there yet.

I can also confirm several other $3.00 Big Lots titles, including IGPX 1-3, Angel Tales 4, s-CRY-ed (Anime Legends) 2, and Panda Z 1-2 (no toy).

Is the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: Chapter 5 for $27.99 the price you saw at the computer kiosk in your local Best Buy? It's supposed to be available at $14.99 only if you order via the kiosk.
