No 4th only specials? They usually have all CDs for $9.99 as well as other good deals on major holidays like that.

Nothing that I am aware of but I'm still checking.

Probably because the holiday falls in the middle of the week.

I think I'll pick up a few of those $4.99 movies. I need some cheap DVDs to use as give-aways at a family Christmas party. Throw a $4.99 DVD in a Christmas stocking from the dollar store along with a pack or two of microwave popcorn and you have a not-bad little present.

Welcome to the Forum halfwind!

Generally the way it goes is that you ask and I try to provide intel from the actual ad. Please try to make your questions as specific as possible.

In this ad (7/1 - 7/7); here's what's listed as on sale for HD Camcorders (you can use the WEB ID or Model # to look up the item's full specs on that retailer's web site):

Sony 40 GB HD Handycam Camcorder
WEB ID = DCRSR200

$899.99 BEFORE $100 Savings

Sony 30 GB HD Handycam Camcorder
WEB ID = DCRSR42

$599.99 BEFORE $40 Savings

Hitachi MiniDVD / Hard Drive Hybrid Camcorder
WEB ID = DZHS500A

$699.99

Hitachi DVD/ Hard Drive Hybrid Camcorder
WEB ID = DZHS300A

$499.99

That's All I see for this period BUT since I'm working on the NEXT CC ad (7/8 - 7/14/07), here's what's listed there:

Panasonic 30 GB Hard Drive / SD Hybrid Camcorder
WEB ID = SDRH18

$499.99

Sony 60 GB Hard Drive Handycam
WEB ID = DCRSR82

$749.99 BEFORE $50 Savings

Once again...... WELCOME!

"The Wash" is the illegible DVD, I'm about 99% sure.

We have a winnah!

You're right, FangsFirst! Looking at the actual dvd cover, you can see the color orange, then white. In the ad you can see a sliver of the front cover with both of those colors. And that stylized writing is on the front cover too.

Stopped by my nearest Circuit City earlier today and was disappointed to find that they only had a handful each of just a few of the $4.99 DVD titles listed in this weeks sale. Needless to say they didn't have any of the titles I had wanted.

That is the case every week. Circuit City loves to bait and switch.
