I got the email too, but my CC has been pre-authed for the entire amount AND - check your order status - the item hasn't been cancelled yet (still says processing). So there is hope some of these could get by and ship.

I tried to get it today with the print out but they told me they couldn't do it. Oh well didn't hurt to try but it does kinda dissapoint me that other people got it price matched. I threw out the paper when i left the best buy and headed to my car.

they're quick to charge your card, but not so quick to put the money back. I would expect that you'll see the charge reversed in the next 3 -5 days which is the standard time. Same thing happened to a few people that tried to get the 'Matrix Trilogy' HD DVD from CC online when they had it for $19.99 last week.

The price match from my printout on Tuesday worked at BB, but I didn't even think to keep a copy of the screen shot - a mental note I will make to do for the next time. I have noticed that there is no consistency between any of the stores on their price matching policies - even the exact same store will have a different policy depending on the cashier or manager.
On another note, I received the cancellation email from FYE the other day, however my card has been charged (which they can always credit back), but on their website my order is still showing as processing. I don't have too much experience with FYE - is there still the possibility that orders may go through?
