I sold off my original megaset due to lack of space (I loved almost every episode). This price, plus it's a slimset, makes this an easy decision for me.

Thanks OP!

Wow. What a great deal. Initially, I wasn't going to buy this, but I quickly realized that I can trade-in all the components that make this set to DVD Planet for $80.92. I can save space and 'make' between $30-40 on the deal. Done and done.

When was this set released (re-released with the slim cases)? If it's relatively new I might wait and see if it shows up on a future B1G1F at DeepDiscount.

It's been out for a couple years. If you want it I would just get it now. If Deep Discount was going to include it in a BOGO sale it would likely be in the current A&E sale they have going.

Does anybody have a coupon code to make it even lower? Just a thought.

You can get another 6% back from FW, or there are other affiliate programs you can connect through.

Also, they have other clearance items.

http://store.aetv.com/html/subject/i...?id=cat1240002

Also, if you order $50, you can get the Best of the History Channel DVD set for $20(msrp 99.99). Just add it to the cart, when it is over $50, and you will see the discount. Unfortunately, the $20 doesn't seem to count towards the $50 minimum..

http://store.aetv.com/html/product/index.jhtml?id=76800

also there's a $5 off of $50 coupon, through Couponcabin.com(search for historychannel coupons). That most likely would not stack with the fw 6% cash back though.

From DVD Planet's Web page, click on Used. Then click on the QuoteMachine graphic. Type the titles you want to trade-in, receive your quote, checkout, mail 'em in, wait 3-4 weeks for your credit, spend it. Incidently, you can use coupons with your trade-in credit, and you get points for purchases you make with credit.

Woot thank you!! Been wanting to get this for my best friend but she would get super mad if I spent the full price on it for her, so this is perfect especially since her birthday is in a few days.

In for one. I remember debating buying this set when it was on sale for about $110. Glad I was patient.

More good news for comedy fans:

Kids in the Hall S1 is $7.99 and S2 is $11.99 on this site right now... 3-5 are still full price though.

For some reason, when I checkout I just get a blank white page, I asked a buddy of mine if it did it to him, and he said it did as well.

Anybody else experiencing this?
