FatTony- Its a YMMV deal. Sometimes they let you use it on sale items and sometimes they don't. My experience is if you buy something thats not on sale, the computer doesn't know the difference and will give the % on the higher price item even if its on sale. Another time the check out lady got a prompt and wouldn't take the coupon because I bought only sale items. Another time the check out lady noticed it took the % off a sale item and then corrected it herself. So its definatly YMMV.
