I hope not I, along with many others on this board, ended up getting random free orders that were never charged...strangest on-line shopping experience hands down...

I don't know. I placed one order to see what happens since it has been a while. The last time I ordered from them last year they screwed up but I ended up getting free DVDs out of it. Including a free Bladerunner briefcase.

Hasn't been much posting HERE regarding their CS, but over at AVS, some people post about them sometimes, and there hasn't really been any negetive reviews in a long time. I ordered from them in December and again in February... both good experiences.

They seem to have updated their website. There does not appear to be a way to search by title anymore. I would have ordered the Blu ray of How The West Was Won but I can't find it.

some decent deals with the 30% off--just wish they didn't charge tax, otherwise I wouldn't think twice about trying them again.

Thanks Whotony and Lasermovies for the help. I don't know why I can't see the search box.

I imagine it's a browser version, script, ad blocker, cookie sort of issue. If you're using IE, try Firefox, and vice versa.

Thanks again for everyone's help. I picked up How The West Was Won and Dirty Harry for $18.87 each . Plus Cool Hand Luke and Twister for $13.97 each.
All are blu-ray. The coupon's great. Tax extra.
Hopefully they won't cancel my order. Sometimes they process preorders as out of stock items. If they don't get them in within a certain amount of time they cancel the order even though the preorder has not been released yet. They sent me e-mails asking if I still wanted item. I said yes and they canceled the order anyway.

Last time around I got 5 free Blu-Ray discs and some doubles which I ended up selling on Half.com. I thought I'd give them another try with the 30% coupon (I have to pay tax anyways so it all works out).

I think their webstore software is even worse than before (if that's even possible).

Agreed! It is slow, cumbersome, and overall difficult to navigate at any great speed...but the prices are sweet

I've never had a problem navigating their website. Usually looking for Blu or HD. I just use the search, check Blu (leaving the search box blank), and ALL the blu titles come up. No problems for me.

Whenever I do that I get:

Your search returned nothing. Please search again.

Edit: Just figured it out - you have to erase the default text in the search box. Who designed this????

I just got my first shipment in the second wave. They were packed haphazardly- two discs sliding around in a huge box with one bubble-pack. But I got it quick and they made it intact. So far, so good.

I was checking my order status today online and 4 out of 7 Blu-ray titles I ordered shipped. They actually shipped a few days ago according to the tracking number on the website. However I never received any email confirmation from WHV. The remaining portion of my order is pre-orders so hopefully they ship on time as they are released. So far the service seems improved compared to last year. At least Warner is shipping reasonably quickly on in stock items.

Hmm. I thought about placing an order for Troy: DC & Batman Begins on blu-ray using the 30% off coupon, but shipping and tax pretty much killed the deal.

Torchwood S1 Blu-Ray seems to be a deal on here--it's listed as $59.99--the same price as the DVD version, and with the 30% off coupon it's like $42 (you would have to order something else to get free shipping). TVShowsOnDVD.com reported the MSRP for this as $99.98 in a press release they posted.

Placed an order for 4 discs (about $60) last week. Checked status and everything is "in process." Checked my CC and there was a credit for $16 from Warner. Maybe this time around they're paying you to take the discs. We'll see.
