Yeah, that's weird. I saw 4 HD titles on WB's non-ordering site. Oh well, this is good news, then.

I'm holding out for the inevitable 7-movie set. They aren't giving you anything extra from the SD versions in this set except for games, which isn't enough to get me to double dip. I'm sure the 7-movie set will have extra stuff...

FYI - on another thread, it was posted that Smallville:Season 6 HD can be had cheaper ($35) through the FYE rebate/ PayPal combo.

I called (800-364-6928) and was able to quickly cancel the order with no problems.

Part of me wants to wait also, but I really don't want to wait four or five years.

Last month Disney registered the domain name superbluray.com. Sounds like some double-dips will be coming from the mouse.

Just a little tidbit for you guys complaining about WB shipping titles, it seems Warner is having issues getting titles to retailers on time as well, so it is a little bigger problem than just the online store.

Yup, production issues is causing Warner to delay some retail orders. Once they fill those retail orders, then they will take care of the WHV orders.

Well, that sucks ass. I see Troy: UCE just about everywhere I go, and I still haven't got mine even though I ordered it some time ago.

Has anyone needed to change their payment method after placing a preorder? I have two outstanding orders that are being released in October, but the credit card I used was stolen and I'll need to apply a different card number now. After hearing about how terrible and uncooperative WB's service can be about just cancelling an order, how much trouble am I looking at here?

does anyone know if the "Best in Action HD-DVD set", the one with Alexander, Wyatt Earp, Troy D/C and Blood Diamond actually contain the original hd-dvd cases within that goofy box?

Same exact thing happened to me. I emailed them and told them my card number was stolen and that I wanted the order canceled so I could reorder the items with my new card. I got an email back saying that my order would be canceled as requested.
Then, a couple days later, I got an email saying that they tried to ship part of the order but my credit card was declined and "therefore
we have canceled your order." The whole order was canceled, too, not just the one item they tried to ship.
So I suppose you can email or call them, but it seems like if the card number isn't valid, the order will be canceled anyway.

My first title with them is either the Kubrick set or the Jazz Singer, can't remember.
Would you guys say that it would be wise to cancel?

Thanks

That's because they were posted 6 months ago, and expired a while back.

I'm thinking of doing that with the Supermanoomsday dvd. It came out Tuesday and WHV hasn't shipped it yet, meanwhile, instead of paying them nearly $12 for it, I COULD have bought it the day it came out at FYE and after their $7 rebate, paid about $7 for it instead. (Or less, with the $10 off $35 Pay Pal deal they have going on now.)

Wow - thanks for pointing this set out, I was already considering two of these for about $20 each, so for about $10 extra, it is worth it to get the other two.

I am also curious about the packaging. Too bad it is just under $50 for the free shipping.

Were you able to get the coupon code (assuming you used one) applied on a new order? My orders were done with the 25% and free shipping deals, and I'm afraid I'm going to lose out on these now. Ugh.

Why is this classified as DEAD?

There are coupon codes out there that still work!
