Thanks to the OP, but may I ask how long it took you guys to get an order confirmation (not a shipping confirmation) e-mail? I ordered Friday and haven't gotten one yet, even though I see a temp charge on my card. Checked my bulk mail folder and nothing. Odd.

Ordered Saturuday night around 11:30 p.m. and got confirmation email about 15 minutes later.
