The Wal Mart 5.50 bin is now the 3.99 bin. YMMV

I went to my local WM and noticed every dvd had been re-stickered with a 3.99 sticker. The price on top top of the bin had also been changed to 3.99. This is right after they restocked it with a bunch of new titles, so there were some good choices. Good luck.

That would make sense though. Every week Circuit City and Best Buy have a good selection for like 4 or 5 bucks, and those same lousy 5.50 movies at walmart never go down. It was a great price back in the day, but dvds have came down a lot in price in the last few years.

2/11 vs. 5.50 is store discretion.
2/11 is intended to drive sales by encouraging people to think they *need* to buy 2 (which isn't the case, as we know)

it's funny to think that something not worthy of a $5.50 purchase is suddenly great at $3.99 !!!!

No cards. Just 2 disks in a keepcase.

Its not the "Collector's Edition"

It must be really hit or miss, because I checked out the bin today, and the new titles they added since I was there last are also marked 3.99. Someone else must have this. I don't think it's just one WM in the entire country.

Saw a rack of the ones mentioned on here but in the Raleigh area they still come up as $5.50. There was a new set of $4.88 dvd's though.

Man, I had my hopes up -- not so much the $3.99, although that's awesome, but more that there would be a new batch of titles in there, as I've picked through the Wal-Mart $5.50 bin so much I know there isn't anything in there I'm after anymore. Too bad nobody except the OP has had such luck so far.

Oh well, if it's happening it will make its way around eventually...
