well heres my adventure, PM Austin powers and 2 Disc The Outsiders from CC. And While doing that picked up Phantom of the Opera and Platinum Scarface(only edition),when it rang up 19.99 I said isnt that part of the 9.99 deal and she says I dont know and I said its 9.99 on your website, Ok then.32.00 out the door nor B1G1 though but I still think I made out.

6 movies, 3 copies of the 300 disc for $32, plus I had $31 is store credit I was waiting to use. Forgot to have them swip my Rewards card, I was so excited.

Worked in west los angeles at two different Best Buys. totally forgot about the 300 discs though. really f*d the pooch on that one...oh well great deal nevertheless.

I feel stupid only buying two dvds; East of Eden and Rebel without a Cause and the 300 free ticket. Wish I gotten more, but didn't want to test my luck.

Thank you, OP! I didn't pick up the free 300 disc because there was a sticker for $9.99 on it....wasn't sure if it would be free when I got up. Picked up 10 movies.....great deal!

Thanks for the heads up everyone. I picked up Shawshank, True Romance, Citizen Kane, My Fair Lady, Goodfellas, Casablanca, Batman and Batman II(all 2 disc) for $40 + tax as well as 8 300 discs. I wasn't going to be greedy but I've got a lot of friends who're going to go see the movie and it's BB's deal, not mine. Great score and great info from this thread. Thanks again.

This just worked for me in the Tustin, CA store. I went ahead and picked up 4 dvds, and 4 300 discs (each of the 300 discs had the $9.99 sticker on them, but they rang up free when the cashier finalized the transaction).

I wish I could get the 300 discs, but I guess I'll have to hold out and hope this survives until Tuesday.

confirmed in South Portland, ME just now...picked up V for Vendetta and One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest as well as two 300 dvds for $10.49! Many thanks to the OP!

Was it just at my Best Buy, or were there no slip cases on any of the V for Vendetta: Two-Disc editions at any others either? I asked a guy working there and he said that the shipment they got in didn't have any on them. Either way, I can't complain at freakin $5!

Sounds like you are. Your BB must have sold out of the first production run(most slipcovers are omitted after the first production batch).

Every thing at mine has slipcovers...even the lenticular slipcover for Gothika which really surprised me..
