The two discer is around.
You'll be amazed at what you see when Circuit City cleans out it warehouses once in a while. Part of their overall problem is that they have problems moving inventory to where its needed. Just ask my good friend Manzana about inventory depth on advertised items (this one included).

arghh...this is confusing.while dvd.ign.com report that there's a 2-disc set of Babel, no online retailers list it.and then Circuit City says there will be a 2-disc set...weird.

I'm sure Paramount is holding back the 2-disc set and waiting to see if Babel can sneak a Best Picture victory. Plus, the cover will look better with "NOMINATED FOR 7 ACADEMY AWARDS".

Hi Speedy! Thanks for the awesome early ads!! Again, do they have anything between 40-46 Samsung LCD or DLP listed? Or Sony 40-46 LCD? I see there was already a request for 50" and over. THANKS SO MUCH!! I've got a Samsung 42" DLP for $900 2 weeks ago that has a well known black grass defect...if I can get the 46" or if Sony will come down close to a grand I will probably trade.
THANKS!
THANKS!

I wonder if the Babel is an exclusive (or mislabeled) because I got a screener from Paramount and it was one-disc. From my experience working with Paramount, they will send the 2-disc release if one is available (last one I got was MI3).

I was adding some DVDs to DVDAfficianado and when I looked up Babel, they do show a "Collector's Edition" but it said "Release Cancelled".

Curious, do any of the ads have any TV Tuner PCI computer cards listed? (Trying, rather, hoping, the Hauppauge PVR-150 goes on sale at Circuit City sometime soon.)
