i ordered this a few hours after the OP posted it. I got the initial e-mail saying they would e-mail me when it shipped. Since then, nothing. I tried to send an e-mail to best prices through google checkout, but the address was no good. Anybody have a customer service number or e-mail?

I requested them to refund it since they cancelled it. I clicked on the contact form through google checkout since that is how I paid. I got a reply through google from them and about 48 hours the refund was on my card.

I got mine on Sat. It was thrown in a box much larger than the item and only a couple of half deflated air bags to protect it. The bust was broken, but it was only the gun and I think it can be glued without looking too bad. I really bought this for the movie set anyways.
This will be my last order from them. I don't like online stores that don't pack items with any kind of care.
I'm still happy about the great deal (w/ GC).

Mine finally came today...in one piece! To my surprise, the bust did not break during shipping. Everything is great except that the side of the box that doesn't have the dvd got a little smashed. Oh well...I shouldn't complain.

Yeah, like the poster above me, one side of the box was all shot to hell and dying. Therefore I was forced to open the box and keep the bust elsewhere. I'm glad the bust itself was alright though (and a much better bust than I expected), same with the DVDs. Thanks OP again.

Got mine today. The box was in good shape but the hand was broken off. It looks like you wouldn't be able to tell it was broken if I glue it together. Good enough for $6.98.

Add another one to the list of broken guns. Crazy Glue worked fine to reattach it.
