Good thing I picked up the 5-disc Criterion Fanny & Alexander last night - it was regularly priced actually lower than the list price by a few bucks (Gasp!), so after the 40% off it was cheaper even than DVDPlanet. But today they closed early since we're having a blizzard. I was having a hard time coming up with a second set that would be a good deal and that I don't already have anyway.

dont know if they were suppose to do this but they allowed me to get cold feet season 2 for 40% off (so it was like $24). they had a setup with the big box sets (like bond, narnia, etc) so i wasnt sure if tv seasons even counted. so i asked and she was like "yeah i guess so" and applied it. very cool.

Damn. I wish I had taken advantage of this on the Cassavetes 5 Films boxset. At the list price of $125, it would have been 75 bucks, cheaper than it is online. Wonder if they'll do it again.
