FYE DOTD: 12/13 Honeymooners: Classic 39 Episodes ~$9.07 after $10 MIR

**Link for rebate is now working correctly**

Wow. I get to post my first thread. Anyway, I couldn't pass up on this deal, Honeymooners classic 39 for about $9.00 after tax! I have been wanting this one for some time.

Link to item: http://fye.com/product.aspx?sku=40228501&loc=50290

Link to rebate: http://ak.buyservices.com/buy_assets...DHNYfyedvd.pdf

I was also able to use the promo Code for 10% off & free shipping - "MCOCT2006"

**Please note that as of this moment, the link to the rebate was not working properly and I have spoken to someone at fye and they will email a copy to me and I will try post as soon at it is received. They have actually been good with their email responses to me lately.....hope they keep it up.

After missing out on some of the other deals of the day I checked at 5 am this morning, but the rebate link wasn't working . Glad to see that they got it fixed and it's still in stock, can't go wrong for 9.07.Thanks to the OP for the promo code.

Does this rebate require cutting anything off the package? Reading the form it sounds like you just have to send in the rebate form, confirmation email and packing slip. Is that correct, or will I have to mutilate the DVD box to get my money back?

It doesn't require the UPC, but they still might reject it for a missing UPC. Make copies of everything in case you have to resubmit. I included a little note stating that this rebate did not require the UPC for the last rebate that I submiitted. It was approved without a hitch.

Thanks. I hope the rebate will work out. I've heard all the FYE horror stories, but I had to take a chance at this price. I guess even without the rebate it's still 10 bucks less than most places, so it's not a total loss either way.
