is anybody else having problems ordering the .50 cent dvds? I searched for them yesterday but none of them came up, yet I see people in the last few orders seem to have ordered them today. I even searched for dvd's under 5 bucks under the advanced feature and it still doesn't show any of em.

The last few B1G1F sales (the Paramount one, A&E sale, and the recent one involving some TV box sets/films) were freaking INCREDIBLE, I received e-mails promptly, and things shipped out downright FAST. This sale is just ticking me off...it is like they want their CS folks to be flooded with calls from customers like myself. It looks like my call to CS on Monday will have to be followed up with another call on Friday...unbelievable.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but the Six Feet Under Complete Series is now $179.89. I think it was $199.xx before. I must've just got in because I was going to order it at $155.xx with the 20% off and when I went to checkout, it was only $143.91!

I'm very disappointed with DDD customer service. I ordered Six Feet Under yesterday at 195.xx and today its 179.xx. I figured they would have no problem changing the price for me , especially since the item is backordered until 11/24. The website clearly states that a item or and order can be canceled up to 24 hours before the ship date, however when I called, I was told nothing could be done. The lady said she couldn't cancel the order even if it was back ordered and DDD doesn't price adjust sale items. Therfore, I told her that I would just reorder the item and return the more expensive one. She went on to tell me I couldn't, because I could only use the coupon once. Once I told her I already placed multiple orders using diffrent coupons, I was advised to call back tomorrow and maybe they would be able to help me then........ Absolutely Astonishing!!
