Just a note about that. I just noticed after using my Mastercard that you don't get double points when you use Mastercards.

And psm129, both those shows are excellent. Maybe go to a store and rent the first disc of the first seasons to get a feel, but they're both incredibly well-regarded and excellent shows.
For what it's worth, I highly reccomend them.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll pick up the season 1 set of both shows...

Did anyone go to Target and take notice to what the other "Selected Titles" were for the DVD Sets?

I stopped in at a Target that was on my way home (they don't really have a big dvd selection) I didn't see any other of "selected titles" than what were in the add. There was a lot of Blu-Ray discs on sale, $16 area. Not sure which ones cause I wasn't that intrested, but I did take note of it, seemed like a cheap price for them.

While I was at Target I noticed One Tree Hill Season 1 & 2 selling at $14.88 each. If I am not mistaken I don't remember seeing these two in the flyer.

Anyone figure out if all Smallville sets are $14.88? That's a damn good deal--too bad I didn't check this thread out earlier as I just purchased them on DDD

It should be.

It's just not advertised.

Yup that's what I did. I went and got One Tree Hill S1 & S2 for $14.88. I was tempted to try and get season 3 and argue that is says other sets available also, but I know how stinge best buy is, so I didn't. And I'm glad I didn't cause the girl seriously had a hard time believing the prices in the ad...She looked at it long and hard before actually doing it. They are so funny there sometimes..

I need to go to walmart and see if maybe there copies of S3 are scanning at $14.88...or maybe I can try and argue it there.

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but their back section in the DVD section for the weekly specials that's not in their weekly ad had Blade Runner for $10. The one I got was the new director's cut with anamorphic WS, so I guess if anyone's interested and not wanting to wait til next year to get their fix, could get it now. DDD has it for $10.83 before the 20% though, so really it's just if you're impatient. They also had Grandma's Boy Unrated, which isn't that bad of a deal for the same price.

I called to get the price on family guy and they said 29.99 + tax. ddd has it for 20.71 after discount. anyone know what's on the target bonus disc, and if it's even remotely worth the extra 10 bux?

It could be this:

This exclusive collector's edition features an 8-page Artists Series Postcard Booklet, Family Guy Storyboard Art and an exclusive bonus DVD with a sneak peek at Seth MacFarlane's new show The Winner and more!

I don't know what "and more!" could mean.
