How do you omit "FREE" ones from your cart?

I just checked all the ones in the list I was considering, but now that I want to eliminate some, it only gives me the quanty box for the ones I'm being charged for.

The only thing to do is clear your cart, then hit back on your browser twice. The items should still be checked in the list, so you can remove the ones you want there.

What a hassle.

Anyone else not getting the discount right now? I've placed a couple of orders with no problems, but now I'm trying to get Paper Moon and It Started in Naples, to no avail.

Same here -- just tried to place an order this morning and the deal isn't working.

That, or you can move them to your wishlist. You can only move the non-free ones, so it'll take a few go-arounds. But once they're in your wishlist you can sort by price, making it much easier if you place multiple orders.

Deleted cart, added one-by-one, still not working.

We were able to recreate the error and have corrected the problem. The promotion should be working again.

Same here, I was surprised. I'm only a state away, so I should have these by the end of the week.

It was interesting to read that DVD Planet (which I never use) has a similar deal, so I guess this sale is a Paramount thing. I wish I knew if other studios would be doing similar sales soon.

As a side comment, what I always find amazing about these sales is that many people are ordering so many "staple" titles (in my opinion) that I bought ages ago at higher prices (for instance, the 4 Jack Ryan movies, Truman Show, Untouchables, Italian Job to name a few). After I had learned my first lesson and reduced my max catalog DVD price to $6, when I saw these titles hit $5 + tax, I figured it was time to buy. I got lots of these at Walmart for $4.88 + tax or at other DDD sales in the $4.80 to $6 range. Now I'm down $2-$3 per title and I bought dozens of them. It's not a big deal as the money lost is about a full tank of gas. I'm just amazed how so many people knew to pass on all these good titles when they were in the $4.88 to $6 range because they'd eventually be in the $3 to $4 range, but I wasn't smart enough to know that would happen. I always congratulate the people who know how to play this game right. Perhaps I should take this as another lesson and pass on any future Walmart $4.88 bins knowing the DVDs be $3-$4 at DDD in a year, or is this a one-time event?

I went back for a second dip yesterday, & snagged "Bad News Bears" & "Pootie Tang" for $6.03 total.

I was in my local Best Buy store yesterday and I noticed that in the media section were two carts full of these Paramount titles, some I haven't seen in a B&M for a long while, (ie. Parallax View, Black Sunday, Out of Towners, Assassination Bureau, Everlasting Piece) and some stocks counts that seemed weird, (ie. 12 copies of Odd Couple? 8-9 copies of First Monday in October?) Could this mean that there might a similar sale at Best Buy? Maybe another $3.99 DVD sale? Just wondering...

Anybody know if that Gallipoli is the newest release?

The cover art is of the 1999 version, but the UPC is of the 2005 version. Because DDD lists it as the SE and the UPC is correct, I would assume that it is the 2005 version.:)
