How do you know if you rebate codes have been accepted? I put them in when I first registered, I hit submit, no when I sign in it takes me back to the place to re-enter to codes... Does this happen to everyone else?

I'm planning on calling, today. They said that we are supposed to get a confirmation E-mail after we submitted the rebate, and it appears that is not the case. |
Crap, I just realized that I had went all day without calling. So, I just called, and they are now closed. I'll have to wait until Monday.

Lost 2 - No Code
Each of my packages contained codes, although 1 was not market - Commander in Chief, Grey's Anatomy, and Deparate Housewives. However, the Lost 2 did not contain a code. If anyone has a code for Lost 2 they could spare, I would greatly appreciate it. Please email to [email protected]. -smile-

This is freaking insane. I believe that Buena Vista has screwed the pooch on this one! I E-mailed them, since I was only getting the "We'll call you back" answer when I called. This is the reply to my E-mail:

I mean, what is there to research? I submitted the codes, submitted the rebates, and did everything I was supposed to do. They have, so far, not held up ANYTHING from their end of the bargain, including sending an E-mail, stating that the rebate was accepted. This is insane?! What other action can I take? I want to make sure that they come through with their end of the bargain. Does anyone else know what other route we can take? I mean, it could all just be a matter of non-communication, and that the rebates are being processed, etc. However, it would be nice to have some sort of way to know that this is the case. |
I just tried to open that website on the promo and it can't be found did any of you have this problem?

It doesn't work for me, either. Who knows what they are doing? I don't even think THEY know.
All I know is, I'm very frustrated with this offer. Something that seemed so simple, has turned into the most frustrating situation. |

I never got an e-mail, but I did just receive my $10 rebate check today for Lost & Grey's Anatomy. I sent out my codes just about a month ago after getting Grey's Anatomy during release week. The rebate is from Archway Marketing.

Hooray!!! I got my $30 check in the mail today. It was from Archway Marketing Services.
Almost overlooked it as being junk mail. I submitted 4 codes from 4 LOST S2 DVD Box sets and never got a confirmation e-mail, but I did get my check in the mail. I believe the deadline is Oct 31st, so if you haven't submitted your codes then do it soon. http://www.tvondvdoffer.com/ |
Yahoo! I got my $30.00 check in the mail, today! I'm glad everything seems to be working out well, even though none of the E-mails that were to be sent, were sent. I'm curious, now, if I should give their customer service # a call, and tell them that I got my check, so they can stop trying to find out why we aren't getting E-mails? ;)

i have a code for lost season 2 if anyone wants it. i have no interest in picking up any of the other 3 selections, so first person to e-mail me can have it. it says that you have to enter the first code by oct. 31, but you can enter the other codes by nov. 14.
