Just choose a category, then choose your item, and then fill out the form. As far as picking a "problem type" - I don't see a category for "broken case" but I'm sure you can explain in the "description" section. Again, they might not be able to replace a case, but its worth a shot - nothing to lose. They were very quick (as far as customer service goes) and very helpful to me.

I placed an order for two seasons of Xena today but didnt get a confirmation email. I again placed the same order a few hours later and have yet to receive a confirmation email. Does anyone know what is going on? All of the other orders that I placed earlier this week sent me a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Weird, I placed an order earlier today and that is gone too. I wonder if I should do another?

Could the fact that today is a holiday have something to do with it?

Two seperate orders, Two seperate boxes, Both had the CRAPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!! beat out of them. One Hercules Box set slightly crushed corner. One Xena Box set Slightly crushed corner, one plastic case broken. Amazingly enough no floaters. Why don't they give you a choice of UPS or The Post (smash the hell outta your box) Office? I would most certainly pick UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each area is different. My local UPS branch is full of gorillas, but my USPS and Fedex branches are great. Last place I lived, in another state, it was entirely the opposite.

Maybe they have gorillas working in the DDDVD warehouse thus being able to afford a sale like this. Also, the confirmation emails are automated and have nothing to do with the holidays, but I didn't receive one for either order I placed today. Normally I get an email no later than 20 minutes confirming my order but I received nothing today. I'm a bit worried so I'll call them tomorrow.

I think i figured it out. When you get to the giant add for the free 20$, you have to click on No Thanks. The order isn't complete until you do that. I just did and got a confirmation within seconds.

Edit** Nevermind, my first order confirmation showed up this morning....I guess Ill have to refuse the order or just sell them.

If you got the "Item has been Discontinued" message, you won't be able to bring up the items' detail page info. Happened to me a while back on another order. What stunk even more was that 1-2 weeks later, the item was showing again on the site.

I finally caved in and ordered Crime Story seasons 1 and 2. I tried to resist as I am trying to catch up on my backlog of unwatched dvds but i loved this show and the price was to good to pass up

I ordered Taken mini series from another sale, it's currently on back order. If it gets canceled I'm going to raise hell, I've waited forever for a reasonable price.

So what does this mean new price? I ordered for 17.99? Will I get the items?And preorder? Do they gotta order it from the company?Damn Why do I have to wait so long to get them?

It says pre-order because officially these titles are listed on their system as a price drop later this month. Dunno about the NEWPRICE one. That is strange. But I wouldn't worry since that rang up as your free title...

Finally got my package today. 2 Evil Dead 2 packs, Jack of all trades, Cleopatra 2525, and Three's Company Season 2 and 3. All were in perfect shape. I loved this sale. Hope they do one again.

I got 1 package today. The problem is, I placed 2 orders and only one box came. The box contained my first order (Ghost in the shell season 2 vol 1 - 6), completed, and only 1 item from my second order(Titus season 1 and 2). My Hercules 2nd season - 6th season wasn't in the box. The receipt stated that "..multiple orders has been combined into this single shipment for efficency." I placed many orders in the past and never had my orders combined before. Did anybody else have the same problem?

I don't see it as a problem - generally the bigger the package, the quicker it gets to me. It happens all the time. Herc probably wasn't ready to ship, and rather than holding back your items from order number 2, they threw them in with order number 1.

Don't worry it'll come seperately.
