I don't see cleo2525 and jack on the sale page, how did you get them for B1G1F?

They weren't, but they were on sale for a good price.

I ordered all six highlander seasons, mostly because I'm still bitter my local channel stopped airing it after a single season. This is getting ridiculous - I have too many TV on DVD sets. I'll definitely need to trade these once I'm done with them (xena, anyone? or anything of comparable value? mail me).

These Hercules sets have to be up there with the cheapest price per minute of any dvd set (public domain stuff not withstanding). Not that that means much, but a fantastic deal if you like them.

I had the same problem; the packing slip said that it contained all the items from 3 different orders, but two sets were missing. I emailed customer service and they're sending the new ones out when they receive stock.

If the missing titles weren't listed on the packing slip, then it's likely that they're already on backorder and will come to you automatically when stock arrives.

order date: 8/28/06
one item 'in process'
the three others 'backorder, ship date ~09/07/06'

I guess as long as I get them...

I wouldn't worry too much about things being out of stock -- you should get them eventually. I actually had the last item that I'd ordered from the 20% off sale back in June get delivered yesterday.

They were on the 55% off sale that ended yesterday. Jack was 22.00 and Cleo was 26.00. Cheapest online prices I can find with free shipping including ebay. I just mentioned them because they came in the same box with my Threes companys and Evil Deads. Sorry for the confusion.

My packing slip does in fact list all 12 dvd sets. I gave them a call and they told me I had to wait untill the 9th to see if it might come in a different box. The funny thing is, the box that came yesterday was so small, there was no way it could fit both of my orders.

I ordered Highlander seasons five and six to complete my collection. Both were initially back ordered.

Season six arrived yesterday, and the packing slip says season five is to ship by Sept. 10. I've already been charged $29.99, so it better. As for season six, it's in good condition inside and out, no problems.

But it sucks that I got six before five, since I've been watching the series in order.

That sounds promising.

Anyone else who ordered all the Hercules sets get any of the seasons that had the "Exclusive Bonus Disc" marked on theirs? I think both my season 4 & season 6 had this. I thought only Best Buy had the versions with bonus discs? If you did get them, which seasons did your have a bonus disc for?

I also bought season 1 which wasn't part of the sale & watched the 1st movie on disc one. I noticed the transfer wasn't quite the best, but I was curious if the transfers get better in the latter sets or episodes on the DVDs? It's not that important to me, but noticed it & was curious just the same.

It says EXCLUSIVE BONUS, but does not mention a bonus disc. My seasons 4 and 6 say that as well. However, my season 2 DID have a bonus disc. But it wasn't labelled on the outside box. Inside was an envelope that said SURPRISE! and it was a bonus disc...

I received my DDD shipment Tuesday and my DVD Planet shipment yesterday. I ended up with one loose disc set (1st Volume of Season 2 for Stand Alone Complex). Both discs are pretty badly scratched. I emailed them, will see what happens.

Is DVD Planet usually good about replacing floater discs?

I just received my backordered three's company s7 & munsters s1, both in good to great shape with no visiable dents or scratches. Passed the shake test too. Nice, just 3 more dvd's to go.

Give It Time, They Shipped Out My Taken DVD Set Just A Few Days Ago, Which Was Scheduled To Be Shipped 9/9/06 And That Date Was Left In The Status For Almost A Week. The Backorder Status Was Left On It Even After They Shipped It Out, So I Don't Know What Goes On There.

me too...out of 4 titles, I rec'd one, one says Ship Date 8/31/06, two say 9/07/06. The titles are still listed though if you add them to the cart they say they're backstock. I emailed CS last night to ask when they're going to get them--if I can't get all of them, I will return the one I've already received.

I've recieved the Verhoeven collection from DVD Planet, but the Spaghetti Western collection is still backordered there.

From DDD I've recieved the Doctor Who set, and The Three/Four Musketeers shipped on Thursday, but the Guinness and Sellers sets are listed as backorders.

I'm also in Canada, and DDD shipments has always taken upto 3 weeks from the ship date. But they do always arrive, and so far no problems (fingers crossed . I made several orders from the beginning of the sale to the end and the first 3 shipments have arrived starting with one on Monday and 2 more since Friday. I expect the rest to arrive within the same time frame since their initial ship dates.

So I would give DDD just a bit longer. Oh and they ship USPS to Canada (almost always) so they don't have tracking numbers that actually work, no matter what the confirmation email says.

I'm in New Zealand and have received all my DDD shipments within 7-10 business days of the shipping date. Got all the sets I ordered except for one still in transit.
