What's everyone's opinion on the price of Romancing the Stone and Jewel of the Nile at $9.99 each? That's the lowest I've seen them. DDD lists them at $14.96 so even if they'll be on sale at 20% off at DDD's next sale, CC's price here still beats them.

I'm thinking now is the time to pick them up. I've been wanting them both for a while.

I noticed that the picture of the Saints Row faceplate in this weeks ad looks different from what I remember in the ad 2 weeks ago.

Am I going crazy, or is it different? The one in this weeks ad looks pretty cheapo, and I thought we were getting some sort of exclusive.

New release prices can't compete with future sales. I'm waiting for a few months. They'll be on sale for $7.50 or less in 6 months or even sooner.

This is the way to go for an External HD. Better hurry though before they catch this mistake.

I didn't realize Romancing the Stone and Jewel of the Nile were new releases. maybe that explains why I haven't seen them before now!

Maybe I'll wait awhile then. After all, we have plenty of DVDs we haven't seen yet and at $10 or less, these are great to include on a family Christmas list!

So, I went down to my local CC to pickup Entourage S1 for 18.99. I found the rack, which was clearly labelled 18.99, and picked up what I thought was S1, I didn't look closely at it (until I got home and it ends up being S2). So, I took it to the counter, and it rang up at 34.99. Thinking I still had S1 in my hands, I told the guy "thats wrong, it should be 18.99, there is even a sale label on the rack of DVD's, I'll get it if you like" he says don't bother, as he had the current flyer right there by the register... we find Entourage S1 in the flyer, and granted I was looking at it upside down, but it looks like the picture in the ad is the cover of S2, NOT S1... he changes the price for me, and I end up getting home realizing both to my dismay (as I now still have to go buy S1), and my delight that I apparently got S2 for a great price. So, without having the flyer in front of me to 100% confirm, you may also be able to go get Entourage S2 for 18.99 if the current flyer indeed has the wrong cover (S2 cover) in the flyer listed in error as S1.

Uh, that make sense?

I still don't have access to the paper flyer... but, circuitcity.com, when you "flip through" their flash recreation of the paper ad, has the season 1 cover of entourage...

...but the more I replay it in my mind, the image on the paper version was almost certainly the season 2 cover...

...unless of course I'm just going total crazy!

Anyone have any luck finding the Looney Tunes Spotlight collection at their circuit city? I sure didn't have any. And my store never issues rainchecks either.

Wonderful, Speedy. Thank you.

Anyone have a guess as to when Romancing the Stone will be down to $7.50 or less at a B&M?
