Amazon summer action sale - Pinky Violence Collection!

This is my first time posting a new thread and I didn't see this already posted but if I missed it then I apologize and please feel free to close the thread!
Received an e-mail from amazon and they are having a summer action dvd sale and I noticed that the Pinky Violence Collection set is 50% off and is sale priced at 49.97 which is 10 bucks cheaper then DDD has it for. I have been putting off buying it for a while but I am going to go ahead and snag me one now as this seems like a very good price to me.
Link below ( I do not know how, or if I was supposed to, link to it via dvdtalk first)

Good find. Never would have seen that nestled beneath the many crappy deals in Amazon's "sale." Think I'll hold out for the next DDD sale though. Only a couple dollars cheaper than Amazon, but no rush to get this set. Anyway, thanks for the heads up, OP.

Fairly weak sale, but there are still some gems and deals to be had. The Conan Set I think is the cheapest I've seen it, including DDD sale. Tripping the Rift Season 2 is another good price. A lot of these though were cheaper last week at BB.

I'm just curious how Free Enterprise qualifies as an action film.

Nice price now that it's OOP. I was going to buy it at Borders for 99.99. But will get it though amazon now.

Thanks OP!

Indeed it had a very limited run, though lots of places still carry copies, but once they are out of stock, they are out of stock. I already got my copy for $50 when Sam Goody shut down in my neighborhood.

I've been waffeling on this (due to both the cost and the blind buy aspect) but I'll be irritated if I miss out completely, so I jumped on this deal (and it shipped today).

If anybody has any doubts with this set. I'd pick it up. I got it during the past DDD sale and was really impressed with the quality of the packaging and the movies themselves were really fun. $50 is a great price and since it is OOP it may go up in price on Ebay later on down the road so if you don't like it you can always sell it.

I agree that it's a great set. I bought it at release for $61 and I don't regret the purchase one second. Snag it while you can!
