Im so dissapointed right now. They jacked up the prices i see. New Jack City was 10 bucks a few days ago, now its 21. I hate waiting all year to save peanuts. Ive seen better sales on many of these DVD's during the year. I bought Deadwood season 1 and 2 for a total of 85 bucks or so at bestbuy. DDD wont be getting my money this year

He he. Well, I WOULD imagine a thinpack set for Fumoffu and Elfen Lied as they are both ADV titles. BUT if you already have a few volumes (especially if you have an artbox), I can see why it would be tempting to complete those two. Personally, I'm holding out for thinpacks on both series. I'm trying to think of any anime sets I want to pick up. So far the only thing I felt like I really needed/wanted was the Kaleido Star thinpack, and I ordered some Star Trek stuff for my dad. There are a few other boxsets (non-anime) that I'm considering, but I want to think about it a little bit first. I jumped on KS because of the ADV fiasco last time around. :)

Kaleido Star is a great set. Other ADV sets that I would highly recommend are-Azumanga Daioh, Gantz, Kino's Journey and SuperGALS!. The thinpak for Divergence Eve is released this tuesday, if that holds any interest. I would also highly recommend the Fruits Basket set for $48.:)

Just blew $631 on about 40 titles. Mostly tv box sets. Wish they had waited just a little longer so I could include Advs. of Superman seasons 3 &4. I checked prices in my wish list yesterday and several prices had actually gone down since yesterday. However, yesterday the new 16x9 widescreen versions of Grizzly and Day of the Animals were in my wishlist, but today they were no longer in my wishlist or on the website either.
