The only place I've read under $20 is Circuit City at $19.99.

I picked it up at Fry's in Palo Alto yesterday for 17.99. Not sure of your location though.

Yeah, I picked up couple of copies yesterday at the Aiea store for $19.99 each. Probably if you can wait a couple of months it'll be cheaper somewhere, but I really wanted it (and needed a quick birthday gift for someone else) so I was willing to cough up $19.99...YMMV.
