Great price on Transamerica! I wasn't sure any local stores would even be carrying it. Guess I don't need to bother ordering it online. Thanks, OP!

Just read the article in this week's Entertainment Weekly about this and the history of the band. I hope to see them again in September.... so I second your thumbs up sir!

Thanks for the prices, man. I think I'm going to just go ahead and order Kingdom of Heaven through Amazon. Four bucks is four bucks, eh?

Very nice price on Deadwood, though. I don't expect anyone to go lower than that.

But we can dream my friend, eh?

If only HBO had a severe cash flow problem and they were forced to lower their boxset pricepoints.

Well, I think some HBO shows have been as low as 59.99 on release week. Sopranos s5 perhaps? Carnivale? I can't recall.

Rob
Usually, Rob, without being rude, anything involving the Oscars and Desperate Housewives usually sells.

I seem to remember something in my readings about a lenticular cover for this title but nothing is listed in the print ads.

Targets ads almost always have an incomplete list of the DVDs on sale (the flyers use the phrase "Each title shown and selected others"). You have to go in to the store and look. I know of at least one previous instance ("Girl Next Door"), where both rated and unrated versions were on sale while only the rated version was listed in the flyer.

The picture shown is the R rated version but Kevin Phillips may be right.
