I ordered one and noticed they didn't add sales tax even though Target has a physical presence in TX -- which is the criteria used for calculating sales tax, IIRC. My orders @ Amazon which have gone thru Toys R Us have always added sales tax. :?

Yep, I just got the e-mail from Amazon too. No deal.
Unfortunately, I then had to call to get them to (1) remove the shipping charges, since the Rocky-less order now falls below $25, and (2) move up the shipping estimate (which was further into the future because of the "will ship in 6-12 days" on the Rocky set). Annoying to have to make the call, but they handled it quickly and apologetically. I did not press for a gift certificate or anything for the inconvenience of having the item cancelled from the order.

I took the time to call them about the cancellation and was able to get a $10 GC out of the deal. He first offered $5 but I pressed for $10 (due to mental anguish 
)
