EDIT: Not at the local Wally. Will check again soon, without a doubt.

I'm interested in Gothika and Exorcist, but too bad I'm broke for now. Does anybody know how long they will have these 2 packs?

This deal was covered in this earlier thread, although the OP here listed a couple of two-packs not mentioned in the original thread. Some of these two-packs used to show up on walmart.com, but I can't find them listed there anymore.

Yup. From that earlier thread, I ordered 2-packs of Last Samurai/Interview With The Vampire, On The Town/Brigadoon and Philadelphia Story/Women for $7.44 each (came to about $32 shipped). The order has shipped and is on its way. I can't find any of these 2-packs on the website anymore.

I can't find any online either. Some of these new deals are great. Unfortunately, my closest Walmart is a kazillion miles from me (okay, maybe half a kazillion) so the trip is a bit of a pain if they don't have the deal. If anyone goes to the VALLEY STREAM, Long Island store and sees this deal there, I'd appreciate the heads-up. Thanks.

I also received an email from Walmart, saying my order (Night at the Opera/Day at the Races) was canceled.

I picked two of these up today. The Philadelphia Story/The Women and Arsenic and Old Lace/Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House. Thanks for the heads up.

The Cary, NC store had a display of these 2 packs. I picked up Night at the Opera/Day at the Races. It looked like there was only one more of this 2 pack left. I had cancelled my online order for this so I could pick it up and not pay shipping.

None at the Los Angeles store on La Brea, so save a trip if you live near there.

Scooby Doo 2 / The Goonies
Dreamcatcher / The Shining (Kubrick Collection)
&
Cabaret / Victor-Victoria

I ordered Now, Voyager/ Mildred Pierce, Casablanca/ Maltese Falcon and Training Day/Swordfish and A day at the races/A night at the opera online for a grand total of around $42. Today they cancelled the Travolta and Marx brother flicks. They sent the email while I was out picking up pharmacy items at Walmart. To my dismay the local Wally world had the display up and it had all the movies I ordered. I was wishing I could cancel my online orders so I could save some $$. I had to make an extra trip but thanks Walmart's poor online service and expensive shipping I was able to replace the cancelled movies and include North By Northwest/ Dial M for Murder for the same price at the brick and mortar. !!

Display at mine had most of the above listed. They also had a lot of those listed from The $7.44 Online Price Thread as well.

Found the Hitchcocks. Both in keepcases.

Display is up at Parmer Lane in Austin, but it is up by the registers instead of in the electronics department. Saw plenty of many listed above - only new one I remember was Unforgiven/Mystic River. There were also a few children's 2-packs there (Bob the Builder and such).

I was looking for "Gettysburg/Gods & Generals" set. Nope. One of my two local Wal-Marts had six of those sets. Squat I wanted.

I did find "Invitation To Hell" and "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me" in the 5.50 bin. But cheaper, ITH $4.88 and TPFWWM $3.88. Sway.

The only Clint movie pack was Mystic River/ Bloodwork in my Wally world. I would have grabbed Unforgiven/Mystic River . I'm going to check the other side of town tomorrow its a new "Super " Walmart and it doesn't carriy half the dvds the smaller stinkier old Walmart does.
