Thanks OP. I just did a pricematch at Circuit City and with their 110% pricematch I got them for $15.99 each.

Thanks OP, one of the shows I've been waiting for a good price on to pick it up, along w/ L&Orders and House. Now I'll keep an eye out for season 1.

On line? ... or in store ... will you walk me thru it? ... is the Best Buy price in a circular? ... or do you print out a copy of the BB Website page? ... Thanks ...

MacGyver... does anybody remember if the sudden and very pronounced shark-jumping happened after the second season, or after the third?

I too would like to know how to do the price match at Circuit City. I looked in Best Buys circular and this deal is not there. Do you print the online offer and take it in to the B&M Circuit City?

Thanks,

I ordered online and called CC (800-The-City) and told them that BB had the 2 dvds on their site for $19.99 each and I would like a pricematch. It was that easy.

Fuck, none of my CCs have this. Looks like I gotta get it at BB. I hate giving them business.

I picked up the Monks. Now I just have to wait for Season 1 to go on sale somewhere.

I enjoy the show, post-Sharona, but wish they would advance the wife storyline a bit more.

If you were so inclined, you could join the Columbia House TV Club and get Season 1 of Monk as an enrollment. Check out this thread for all of the details-

I just tried placing an order over the phone. While the PM was approved, they were going to tack on Best Buy's shipping charge to the PM - was this the case for others? Seems to defeat the point of PM'ing as it effectively negates the 10% difference. Going to check out B&M later.

Any idea how long this is good for? My birthday is tomorrow and I may be getting some birthday cash on Sunday when the relatives visit. If it's just a one week sale, I should pick these up now rather than waiting until Sunday/Monday.

Season 3 is in stock at Bestbuy.com again, but now there is no store pick-up option. It's still a really good deal at 22.68 (19.99 + 1.69 S+H + 1.00 Sales Tax) for me here in Massachusetts. I paid in the mid-30's for S2 during DDD's 20% off sale and that was the best deal available at the time.
