Damn, thats alot of trouble for two crappy seasons. But at least you didnt do anything crazy like go through 20 sets to see a little book with extra pictures of Monk :lol:

Granted I did buy the sets but thats beause Im a completist. I had already decided to pass up on any upcoming seasons of Monk becuase their $35 - $45 price is too insane for a show going downhill. S1 was the best one hands down and was good enough for me. But for $20, Ive bought less for more $ and I was already at BB anyway. Besides, I had to use my gift card on something :)

I just went to the store here in Logan, UT to check it out. They were posted for over $40 each but when I asked them to ring them up they came out at $19.99. I was very pleasantly surprised.

i PRICE-MATCHED this on DeepDisountDVD (it took approx. 2 days for them to respond to my e-mail in which they honored) and i was charged $21.68 a piece for the two seasons :D

Just wanted to thank the OP. Saved me time and money and I appreciate that. Now I can stop being mad at myself for not buying them at the DDD TV 2:1 a couple of months ago.

I don't think Monk was available for that sale. At least not season 3, or I would have gotten it.

Wow, been waiting for something like this on Monk. I got season 1 for free (promo from USA Networks), and picked up 2 last summer. Waiting for a bargain on S3 and here it is. Might pick up SVU as well, PM it to CC.

Edit: Got Monk at Circuit City. After a huge hassle: Said the link isn't good enough. So I leave. They probably thought that was the end of it. But I drive to BB, get a Price Confirmation receipt saying that it is indeed $19.99, and then come back. Apparently the receipt is still not enough, but she gives it to me anyway.

My local Best Buy finally put up shelf tags. Everything that's been listed in this thread is what's on sale, nothing extra. The sale runs until April 29.

Shipping Error... I got Forever Knight Trilogy Part 2... now, it seems to be worth the $20 spent on MonkS3 so I just reordered MonkS3, but is Forever Knight worth opening, or is it just a good return?

Forever Knight is a steal at $20. Wish I could get a mistake like that.
