The same reason Nip/Tuck and a few other desirable shows aren't on there - they may air on the Fox station, but the DVD sets aren't produced by Fox. Nip/Tuck is Warner, House is MCA.

Hmmmm, I wonder if it is worth paying $25 to get in on some of these deals...I'm leaning towards not.

Actually, even members don't get quite 50% off. The 10% discount is taken off the 40% off price. So a $50 set ends up being $27. Still some good deals, though.

$23.98 is a nice price for the NYPD Blue season 3 set. My Walmart had them out early and I picked it up for $29.99 last night, which seems to be the cheapest it is outside this sale.

Thanks, Choking-Hazard!

Ordered NYPD Blue Third Season for $21.58 (the b&n member price). Added All The President's Men for $16.99 to get free shipping. Good deal!

Wow, thanks for posting. It seems B&N hides these sales. You really have to search when you enter the site, even after hitting the dvd tab. I wonder why they dont promote this better?

Ok, that makes sense. I just never looked to check and just assumed. I try to catch it every time it comes on TV and can't wait for some kind of sale on it.

As the other mathematically inclined people have tried to say, if the 10% off for being a member is taken off of the "40% off price," which I assume it is, the discount for members is 46% not 50%.
