Thanks for the heads-up. I'm going to pass because I just got the 1 disc version from Columbia House. Supposedly the extras on the second disc aren't all that great, but if I hadn't already got the regular version, then I would be all over this for the globe and toy train.

I don't think its a misprice. Amazon lowered the price on this to 22.99. There is probably huge unsold holiday. overstock on this.

Overstock has this for about 20 or so.... DDD has it for $40

$12.xx is a great deal...and shipping is about $2.50 I think.

Not a misprint, the "You Save" clearly states they know what the difference is. Great deal, though.

I'm on the fence about it since I have the regular 2 disc SE. I've got it all ready to hit "submit" for a total of $15.76 with shipping & tax but not sure what I can get for the regular 2 disc (opened & watched already). With Amazon's price it does appear that it is coming down in price substantially.

Hmmm. I thought I had no interest in seeing or buying this movie until I saw the gift set in a store and decided that I wanted to get the train for my 3-year old train-addicted son. Now I can justify doing so. Thanks!

I seen the globe and it's terrible.

It's a plastic globe that has a picture glued in the middle as opposed to a carved figure.

I saw it before and decided not to get it instead I got the 2 disc version only.

I said the same thing about the movie.

We had to get two of these toy trains for our boys for christmas and they were $25 each just for the train. Even at $22, this is still a deal for those who would be buying the train and the movie anyway.
