The first question from the CSR's was where had I purchased it from and right after I said DDD, she said they can't do anything about 3rd party sources. I told her multiple people were reporting the same problem, and from 2 different sources (Amazon, DDD at least) and she just said contact DDD and see what they say. So now I have to send it back to DDD at my cost and wait for it again simply because Fox can't manufacture something correctly.

Well I nearly shot myself in the foot on this deal.
I ordered Kids in the Hall - Season 2 for $22.97 on Sunday along with a few other items. Then I noticed that my A9 discount was not applied. So I decided to cancel the order online and re-order everything.
That was a great plan except that Season 2 of Kids in the Hall jumped in price to $44.99 before I was able to re-order several hours later.
Fortunately Amazon honored the earlier price after I explained what happened over the phone. (They had me place the order and then they adjusted the price after the fact.)
So a thumbs up for Amazon customer service.
