Amazon Price Error? Lethal Weapon 4-Pack $19.97 (old dvd release).. HAWT!

DDD has it for $38.99, and even with their 20% off coupon, Amazon's price is $11.22 cheaper...

Use your A9 discount and the price becomes $19.66

Get it before they correct the price!

FWIW, those are the original releases. There are Director's cuts of 1-3 with DTS Audio available in another pack. LW4 never got a DC release AFAIK. Check out http://dvdcompare.net/ to compare the releases.

Old transfers, spotty compression and non-director's cuts; it isn't even worth $19.97.

Basically the $5 bin x 4 with a slipcase. I'm not too excited about this franchise, but why was the 4th film not given a DC and packaged with the others?

Best to probably get the 1-3 set, DDD has it for $18.72 after 20% off.

I wouldn't dismiss me so blithely; as others have mentioned, there are Director's Cuts of 1-3 out now with MUCH better picture and sound, so I say again, the box you've found is outdated and not worth the price.

Not to mention these films are ripe for a re-release. Several years since release, available for dirt cheap bin prices, sub standard picture, sound and extras... yup I wouldn't be surprised to see this in 2006.

I don't think this is a price error. Lots of box sets that are normally much more expensive are only $19.97 on amazon right now. I picked up the John Wayne signature for that price, and it's more expensive on DDD.
